Lee Whitwell

Hi, I'm Lee.

I help people step into an established, ready to run Baby Sensory business, and make it their own.

Feeling like work no longer fits the life you want?

  • You want more flexibility around your family
  • You want work that actually feels meaningful
  • You are ready for something that fits your life, not fights it

For some people, the answer is starting from scratch. For others, it is stepping into something that already works, and making it their own.

Before you read on

Taking over an established Baby Sensory business means stepping into something that already has customers, a reputation, and classes running week in, week out. It is not a start up. It is a working business, ready for its next owner.

As you watch, ask yourself: could I see myself doing this? If the answer is yes, the next step is simply finding out a little more.

Not a start up. An established business.

When you take over an existing Baby Sensory business, you are not starting from nothing. You are stepping into something that already works.

  • An existing, loyal customer base
  • A trusted local reputation, already built
  • Classes already set up and running from day one
  • Income from day one, not from scratch

Every business has its own story

Every established Baby Sensory business has its own history, its own families, and its own current owner who has put real time and care into building it. Once we talk about a specific area, I will introduce you properly and share the full story behind that business.

Why this is different

  • A trusted reputation already in place
  • Families who already know and value the classes
  • The flexibility to choose your own hours
  • Room to grow the business further, at your own pace
  • Income from day one, not from scratch

A little about me

I have run my own children's activity business for 16 years, and spent 15 years as a Regional Franchisor supporting other people to do the same. I am not just a franchisor, I have done this myself and I still do.

My role is to guide you through this opportunity honestly, and support you as you make it your own.

What is already there for you

  • A proven class structure and fully planned sessions
  • Full training in how to run your classes and your business
  • Ongoing support, so you are never left guessing
  • Ready made marketing materials and templates
  • All the equipment and resources you need
  • A network of other franchisees, and ongoing development

Baby Sensory alone welcomes around 32,000 babies every week. WOW World Group has over 25 years of experience, now running in more than 10 countries.

You might be wondering

How does taking over an existing business work?

You step into a business with customers and classes already in place. I will support a clear, well managed handover, and introduce you to the current owner.

Can I choose which area?

If a particular area interests you, let me know. If you are open to any area, I can talk you through what is currently available and what might suit you best.

Do I need experience in early years or business?

No. Full training and support is provided, and confidence builds as you go.

Is there any pressure to sign up?

None. The first conversation is simply to explore whether this could be right for you.

What happens to the current customers?

They stay with the business. We introduce you properly, so the transition feels smooth for everyone.

Investment Guide

The investment for taking over an established Baby Sensory business is made up of three parts.

  • An initial franchise fee, covering your training, systems and ongoing support
  • The goodwill of the business itself, which reflects its size, its existing customers and its weekly income, so this varies from business to business
  • The cost of the equipment, so you have everything you need to run your classes from day one

Altogether, this typically falls within fifteen thousand to thirty thousand pounds, depending on the size of the business.

Some people fund this through savings, others explore options such as the Government Start Up Loan Scheme.

We can talk through the exact figures for a specific business, and what is included, on a call.

Still thinking it through?

That is completely normal. Taking over an established business is a big decision, and it is worth taking your time with.

The best next step is a simple, honest conversation, no pressure, just a chance to ask your questions and find out if this feels right for you.
